Return Policy
Your satisfaction is most important to us. Please note our return policy as restrictions apply: - Contact us within 10 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with an item.
- You must get prior authorization from Smartbrideonline, not from the originating company, before making a return.
We will give you an authorization code and an address where to return the item.- Returns must be made within two weeks of receipt or no refund can be issued.
- Some of our vendors charge a 25-30% restocking fee. Contact us by email (esther @ smartbrideonline.com) or phone (856 753-8818) for details on restocking fees.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products returned in any other condition will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Personalized items or intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR VEILS- A Restocking Fee of $10.00 will apply on any stock item veil that is returned.
- A $15.00 Fee will apply on any non-stock veil returned (A Non-Stock Veil is a veil that is any color other than white or ivory OR a veil with a colored edge other than white or ivory).
- All Lace, Pearl, or Rhinestone edge Veils are NOT RETURNABLE.
- All CUSTOM Veils are NOT RETURNABLE (A custom veil is a veil that has been altered. e.g. A veil in which the length has been customized to meet your needs).
- A Cancellation Fee of $10.00 will apply on any veil order that is cancelled or changed (add ons, shipping change etc.)

Shipping
Method-Most of our products are shipped directly to you by the wholesaler. Most wholesalers use UPS as the carrier. Some use FedEx and some the USPS. Delivery time-Many of our products are drop shipped from different states in the U.S. An average traveling time is 5-7 business days but it will vary. Let us know when you need the order by so we can let you know if we foresee a problem. We offer two shipping upgrade services that will get the order to you faster and will GUARANTEE delivery time. See bellow.

Shipping and handling is free for all orders over $300. Regular shipping and handling charges will apply, however, if the order, or any part of the order, is returned.
The shipping charges listed below are added to the order's total at checkout. There may be additional charges for extra weight or vendor charges. These charges are not refundable.

Up to $75.00, shipping and handling is $12.25
Up to $100.00, shipping and handling is $13.50
Up to $125.00, shipping and handling is $14.85
Up to $150.00, shipping and handling is $16.25
Up to $200.00, shipping and handling is $20.00
Up to $299.00, shipping and handling is $26.00
over $300.00, shipping and handling is FREE except when upgrading delivery

P.O. Box-The shipping cost to a P.O. Box will be double the normal shipping charges. Most of our vendors will not ship to a P.O. Box. To satisfy our customers we have the products shipped to us, and then send it to you. That doubles our cost of shipping.
Please note-Our resposibility for the merchandise shipped to you is over once the shipping company has possession.

We have been married for 35 years and live in New Jersey. We created a successful chain of card and gift stores which we owned and operated for over 20 years.
